Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to supervise staff and organize work processes directed by management. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, ensuring safety and adherence to store policies, and managing POS operations and cash handling.

The position requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or holidays. Minimum age 18 and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required; High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
