Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, supervise daily tasks, and ensure a positive shopping experience for guests. The GSS will coach team members, monitor cash handling, and maintain store standards for cleanliness and safety.

The role requires flexible hours, the ability to access all store areas, and the physical capacity to lift light items. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with the desire to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety policies are followed.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards as applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins per guidelines.
