Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, greet guests, and ensure operations meet safety and quality standards. The GSS will supervise employees, coach performance, manage the POS process, and maintain clean, in-stock conditions to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

Requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, reliable transportation, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
