Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to lead store operations and guide staff in delivering a great guest experience. You will oversee daily tasks, coach team members, greet guests, and ensure smooth cash handling and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff or leading teams is preferred.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash levels in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure store areas are clean and stocked; address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins.
