Job summary

Global Partners LP in New Hampshire is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure a top-notch guest experience on the shop floor. The role includes coaching team members, handling cash processes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring policies are followed to support store performance.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, be available for flexible hours, and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Ensure all guest service programs run 24/7.
• Handle cash processes including deposits and gift cards where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
