Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front-end staff, ensuring daily operations align with management directives and store standards. In this role you will coach team members, greet guests, manage POS transactions, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and customer service excellence across shifts.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; lifting up to 25 lbs and access to all store areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to access all store areas: selling floor, stock, register.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. during shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties implemented by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
