Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage cash-related duties in a retail setting. The role focuses on coaching team members, greeting guests, and upholding safety and operational policies.

The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervise employees by ensuring duties are performed per management directives.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards (cleaning, tidying, etc.).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
