Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold store policies. You will supervise, coach, greet guests, manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily cash deposits.

Flexibility to work day/evening shifts is required; you must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain store cleanliness. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including health plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coaching employees.

• Capable of handling cash processes and POS duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring adherence to management directives.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks.
• Maintain store housekeeping, replenish stock, and address guest inquiries.
• Check in external and internal vendors per policy.
