Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store associates and ensure exceptional guest experiences on a daily basis. You will supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold safety, security, quality, and policy standards.

This role also manages cash handling and POS responsibilities while keeping the selling floor clean and stocked. Flexibility is required for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed per management guidance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old and able to access all areas of the store.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels in accordance with corporate standards.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas and stock conditions.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins as needed.
