Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store associates, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional shopping experience. You will supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold safety, security, quality and store policies.

Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, processing deposits, and ensuring shelves are stocked. Flexibility for day, night, weekend and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching performance.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed and safety policies are followed.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests; check in vendors as needed.
