Job Description:

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintaining proper cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Execute guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish products to maintain stock levels.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
