We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, ensuring compliance with job duties and standards.
  • Coach employees through constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and handle cash processes.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize housekeeping tasks.
  • Execute guest service programs consistently.
  • Manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish stock and address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors as per guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage

$15.65 - $16.65 per hour
