We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.

  • Follow safety, security, and store policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system and handle cash processes.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Execute guest service programs consistently.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors according to guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage Range

$15.65 - $16.65 per hour
