Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and complete housekeeping functions.
  • Execute guest service programs 24/7.
  • Manage cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish products to ensure stock availability.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors according to guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficient, organized, and at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage

$15.65 - $16.65 per hour
