Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor (GSS)

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. The GSS will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences and ensuring the completion of store-level tasks. We value passionate individuals who can contribute positively to our environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise staff performance and provide coaching
  2. Greet guests and enhance their shopping experience
  3. Adhere to safety, security, and operational policies
  4. Operate point of sale systems and manage cash procedures
  5. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  6. Implement guest service programs consistently
  7. Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  8. Ensure product replenishment and stock levels
  9. Address guest inquiries and complaints
  10. Check in vendors as per guidelines

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
