We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to join our team. The GSS will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  1. Supervise store employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  2. Coach team members with constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  3. Greet guests warmly and create an enjoyable shopping environment.
  4. Maintain safety, security, and quality standards in accordance with company policies.
  5. Operate the point-of-sale system and manage cash processes responsibly.
  6. Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  7. Implement and uphold guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  8. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and manage store stock levels.

Qualifications

Education

Wage Range

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
