Job summary

DOUBLE STAR HOSPITALITY DUBLIN LLC is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and oversee front desk operations to maintain smooth daily hotel functions.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong rapport-building skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
• Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
