We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform all assigned duties.
  • Coach employees by providing constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and housekeeping functions are completed.
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage

$16.50 - $17.50/hr
