Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.   • Execute guest service programs 24/7.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors per guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage: $16.50 - $17.50/hr
