We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Execute guest service programs consistently.
  • Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish stock to ensure products are in stock.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
