Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system, maintain cash levels, and handle transactions.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and replenish stock as needed.
  • Execute guest service programs and address guest inquiries or complaints.
  • Check in vendors and manage store operations.

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • At least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
