Job Description:

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our team. The GSS will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring all store tasks are completed efficiently. We value your interest in joining us and want to highlight what sets us apart.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, ensuring job duties are performed effectively.
  • Coach team members with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and manage cash processes.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Implement guest service programs consistently.
  • Manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish stock to maintain in-stock conditions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors according to guidelines.
