Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Representative for Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte to deliver warm, professional guest interactions and smooth check-in/check-out experience. You will stay informed on hotel policies, events, and local amenities to assist guests effectively.

We value self-motivation, reliability, and strong communication. Prior hotel experience is preferred, with solid math and computer skills to support daily operations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is highly desired.
• Be self motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Must possess solid basic accounting and math skills, be comfortable with computers and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house events.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Assistance in reaching monthly brand standard goals in regards to customer service, employee training and brand recognition.
