Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, recognize them personally.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer telephone promptly and transfer or respond.
• Handle cash, perform bank counts, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PII data securely.
• Assist with lobby activation and other duties as needed.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures with required documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
