European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, manage bookings, and educate customers on services and promotions. You will help maintain a clean reception area and handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
• Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
