Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to create exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals. This role includes educating guests on services, upselling products, and managing payments and reservations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The position offers competitive pay at $17 per hour, with additional commissions and benefits like flexible spending accounts

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.

• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
