European Wax Center in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a Guest Service/Sales Associate to create a welcoming guest experience and drive retail and service sales. You will greet guests, discuss skincare goals, educate on wax pass options and current promotions, and book reservations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, POS proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and prebooking; know the retail line.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and address inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area in line with brand standards of cleanliness.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
