Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly server to take and deliver food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate orders and timely service.

The role includes greeting guests, inputting orders into the POS, maintaining clean stations, upselling desserts and beverages, and following liquor regulations to ensure a safe, enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Must hold a valid TABC license.
• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Basic knowledge of English and understanding of menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials or promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy and input into POS.
• Deliver orders to guests with beverages and condiments, ensuring satisfaction.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safety procedures; monitor intoxicated guests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables and upsell desserts or specialty beverages.
