Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent to drive guest satisfaction and revenue through consultative selling of upgrades and resort experiences. You’ll be the friendly first and last contact, handling check-in/out and promoting packages that enhance stays.

The role emphasizes high touch service, teamwork, and the ability to engage guests in meaningful conversations to meet sales goals while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and/or sales background.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort offerings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with mobile technology and front desk software systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests during check-in/out using property software.
• Promote lodge offerings and upgrades to boost revenue.
• Engage guests with proactive conversations to uncover needs.
• Address guest inquiries with warmth and accuracy.
• Process payments and manage billing with care and precision.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
