Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, CT is seeking a Guest Service & Sales Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and actively promote upgrades and resort features. You will drive revenue while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to use mobile tech and kiosks to enhance the guest experience. Competitive pay and incentive opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out using property management systems.
• Actively boost revenue by promoting lodge offerings and upgrades through consultative selling.
• Engage guests to uncover hidden needs for add-on experiences and satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries with warmth and concierge-level service.
• Use mobile devices and kiosks to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Verify guest identity, process secure payments, and manage billing accurately.
• Maintain records of stays, room assignments and transactions.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments for timely resolution.
