Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in California is hiring a Guest Service & Sales Agent to welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and drive revenue through upselling lodge offerings. You will deliver concierge-level service while leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences.

You will actively engage guests, promote upgrades and packages, and earn incentive-based pay in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Flexibility with scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service or sales experience required.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell resort offerings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy and guest-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Promote lodge offerings and upgrades to boost revenue
• Engage guests to uncover needs and suggest add-ons
• Respond to guest inquiries with warmth and accuracy
• Use mobile devices and self-service kiosks for seamless experiences
• Maintain records of stays, payments, and transactions
• Assist with billing and refunds as needed
• Provide resort information on amenities and local attractions
