Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Part-time Guest Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering hospitality with warmth, handling guest inquiries, and managing front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in front desk operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and security of guest information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and direct accordingly.
• Handle issued bank and cash drops following proper procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow check-in/check-out procedures.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
