Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Hampton Inn & Suites – Polaris in Columbus, OH. Join our Front Desk Team to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out, reservations, and guest needs.

The role emphasizes courteous service, cash handling, and proficiency with the property management system. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred; Hilton experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred in a hotel setting.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD and EXCEL strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system and collect required information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and hotel goods securely.
• Identify guests' needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
• Take reservations from callers and input, update, or cancel them in the system as requested.
• Typical Schedule: Morning/Evening shifts; Weekend availability required.

Hampton Inn & Suites - Polaris, 8411 Pulsar Place, Columbus, OH 43240

We are currently looking for Guest Services Representatives to join our Front Desk Team! Our Hampton Inn & Suites is located in the heart of the Polaris district, off I-71, across the street from Polaris Mall. Our guests can enjoy over 50 restaurants within a 5-mile radius and Top Golf, Ikea, Ohio State, and Otterbein University are nearby. With 118 guest rooms/suites our Hampton is always a welcoming place for all. A great place to stay, a great place to work. The Hampton Inn & Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities - 3pm to 11pm shift.

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM - 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM, Weekend Availability needed
