Buffalo Lodging Associates in Columbus, OH is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our Hampton Inn & Suites front desk team. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out in the property management system, and provide information about hotel services.

The role offers Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities on a 3pm–11pm shift, with weekend availability required. Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality, familiarity with Hilton brands, and solid computer skills

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; familiarity with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services to create an accommodating environment.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update information in the PMS.
• Typical Schedule: Morning 7 AM – 3 PM, Evening 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend availability required.

We are currently looking for Guest Services Representatives to join our Front Desk Team! Our Hampton Inn & Suites is located in the heart of the Polaris district, off I-71, across the street from Polaris Mall. Our guests can enjoy over 50 restaurants within a 5-mile radius and Top Golf, Ikea, Ohio State, and Otterbein University are nearby. With 118 guest rooms/suites our Hampton is always a welcoming place for all. A great place to stay, a great place to work. The Hampton Inn & Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include: Full Time and Part Time Opportunities - 3pm to 11pm shift.

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM – 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability needed
