Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer calls, and support VIP arrivals with a high level of courtesy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring at least a year in Front Desk operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining guest privacy and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and recognizes them personally.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift; report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized; assist with lobby activation.
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures.
• Collect identification documents and payment forms during check-in.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
