Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team and deliver exceptional hospitality each day. You will warmly greet guests, manage arrival lists, assist VIPs, and handle inquiries with a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition
• Review arrival lists daily; prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile; route inquiries
• Manage cash handling; count bank at start/end of shift; report shortages
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Safely handle guest PII data and privacy
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures; collect IDs and payment
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
