• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition on arrival.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processes, verify IDs.
• Answer phones within three rings and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report any cash discrepancies to management.
• Protect guest PII and follow privacy procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
