TownePlace Suites Clarksville, Tennessee by Marriott is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent to deliver top‑notch service and manage guest arrivals with a welcoming touch.

You will handle check‑in/check‑out, reservations, payments, and inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, upsell hotel services, and uphold safety and security for guests and property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with PMS and reservation systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out guests efficiently.
• Manage reservations and modifications.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities.
• Maintain accurate PMS records and guest histories.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
