Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with computers and reservation/PMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling guest complaints or problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly.
• Process payments and deposits with accuracy and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Provide information on services, local attractions and transport options.
