Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition and warm service.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and VIP escort as needed.
• Answer phone with a smile and transfer inquiries appropriately.
• Manage cash handling and banking procedures per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Handle guest information securely and respect privacy.
• Support lobby activation and other duties as assigned.
