Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our Littleton team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and ensure a smooth, welcoming front desk experience with attention to detail and strong guest focus.

The role requires at least one year in Front Desk Operations, solid communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Part-time hours support a flexible schedule in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition on arrival.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer phone promptly with a smile and direct questions as needed.
• Count and secure cash, report shortages per cash handling procedures.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Obtain IDs and payment methods during check-in/out.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
