Qualifications

• Minimum one year in Front Desk operations.
• In-depth Front Desk knowledge for hotel operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Prepare welcome amenities from arrival lists.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Keep front desk clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data per procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and verify IDs.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
