Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Count and secure cash; follow proper cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
