Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in Manhattan, KS. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, manage arrival lists, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

• Requires basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Must demonstrate reliability and the ability to manage multiple guest requests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with genuine, personalized service.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in procedures.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer calls as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and support lobby activities.
• Protect guest PII by following privacy procedures.
• Collect identification and payment documents during check-in/out.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and fulfill requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
