Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in New York. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, and providing exceptional service to all visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly.
• Maintain front desk cash bank and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data per proper procedures.
• Assist with check-in/out process and verify identification and payment.
