Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative in New York to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will review arrivals, prepare welcome amenities, assist VIPs, and manage front desk operations while maintaining data privacy and cash handling procedures. Join a team focused on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warmth.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer telephone within three rings and assist/transfer calls.
• Manage cash handling and bank procedures at shift start/end.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data per procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Check-in/check-out and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties.
