Qualifications

• Experience as Guest Service Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and safety standards.
• Lead by example and coach team members on service behaviors.
• Assist with shift leadership duties in Store Manager's absence.
• Support ordering, banking, and reporting as needed.
