Job summary

You will train cashiers and hosts, manage daily scheduling with the store manager, handle cash-related duties, and enforce front porch policies while modeling professionalism.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Guest Service Standards across the front porch area.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts during busy periods.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, and check approvals promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front porch cleanliness and organize parking lot area.
• Model professional appearance, speech, and behavior for staff.
• Ensure unused check lanes are blocked off when not in use.
• Monitor and enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Provide training and feedback to hosts to maintain service levels.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and manage related documentation.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
