Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to be the store's front-end leader for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations. You’ll model efficiency, merchandise displays, and ensure strong cash controls to leave guests with an exceptional impression.

Responsibilities include directing cashiers, maintaining safety, supporting digital orders, and upholding brand standards while fostering teamwork and a high level of guest care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills; multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests and team on products, services, and meal solutions.
• Direct front-end flow and assist cashiers to ensure smooth checkout.
• Uphold cash office procedures and secure cash, keys, and safe.
• Lead the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy, aligned to brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Assist in managing department inventories and minimize product loss.
