Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to support multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The position offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs and guest demand.

You will provide friendly guest service, assist in product knowledge, merchandising, stocking, and maintain professional appearance while helping to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments.
• Learn guests' wants and needs to help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items while assisting guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience and assist nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts and help with general housekeeping throughout the store.
